BEAUCHAMP, Matthew Jeffery

It is with immense sorrow and heaviest of hearts that the family of Matthew Jeffery Beauchamp announce his passing on February 16, 2017 in Edmonton at the age of 31 years.Matthew was born in Edmonton on November 11, 1985, forever a remembrance day for those who knew and loved him.Matthew adored his family. He was an amazing son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle, friend and Iron-worker. Matthew was an incredible Uncle to Tristan Beauchamp-Perry, Benjamin Frandsen, and Jackson Beauchamp. Matthew will be sadly missed by big sister Tamara, big brother David with partner Andrea Frandsen, and little brother Evan Duchesne. Matthew is the loving son of father Adrien Jean Beauchamp and mother Kelly Anne Smith. Grandparents are Robert and Janet Benson, Jeanne Beauchamp and Clem Beauchamp who is predeceased as is Grandfather David Smith. Matthew is a nephew to Aunt Suzanne Calkins, Aunt Judith Benson-Harrington (Uncle Dean), Uncle Dennis Beauchamp (Aunt Naghma), Uncle Chuck (Charles) Beauchamp (Aunt Susan), and Uncle Bill (William) Smith. Matt loved his cousins Justin Pytel (Jasmine); Tia Beauchamp; Kristin Calkins; Cole and Jaye Harrington; Malaz, Malja and Auston Beauchamp and many second cousins. Being a proud member of Local 720 as a Journeyman Iron-worker, a celebration of Matthew’s life is to be held at the Edmonton Iron Workers' Union Local 720  at 11 am on February 26. For Matthew’s friends and family in Ontario, we will gather at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, in North Bay on March 1st at 4 pm till 8 pm, with the service at 7 pm.
