BARBER, Alan John (retired, Boart Longyear)

Alan Barber died peacefully at North Bay General Hospital, on Friday, October 19, 2007. He was in his 71st year. Alan, of Chisholm, was the beloved husband of Maria DJ (DeJesus Silva). He was the loving father of Rodney Barber (Kathleen) of Marathon, Lori Brown (Marcel Legros) of North Bay, Rae Ann Fischer (Normen) of North Bay and Sherri Ball (Michael) of Corbeil and the proud grandfather of Kenneth and Richard Barber, Teha Curley, Tasha Brown and Samantha Fischer. Alan was the dear brother of Shirley Tennant (Lloyd) of Chisholm.



The Barber family will receive visitors at the PAUL FUNERAL HOME, Powassan on Monday, October 22, 2007 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral service to be conducted by Rev. John Lockyer on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 11:00 am. in the Paul Funeral Home Chapel, Powassan. Interment Boxwell Cemetery, Chisholm.
