It is with great sorrow that the family of Marion Audet wishes to inform you of her passing in her 94th year. She passed away peacefully while living at Casselholme while surrounded by her family in her last hours. Beloved wife of the late Anthony (Tony) Audet. Marion was the daughter of the late Pierre Mantha and Loranda (nee Desilet) Mantha.
Marion is survived by her sister Theresa (Mantha) Lamothe and predeceased by sisters Camilia Mantha, Patricia Mantha, Fedora (Smoky) Guenette and her brothers Phil Mantha (Jeanne), Jeffrey Mantha (Marg), Albert Mantha (Patricia), Lomer Mantha (Jeanine), Rhean (Jeanette) Mantha and her many nieces and nephews. She will be remembered as a feisty, fun loving person who loved to entertain, visit the casino and share her funny stories of past escapades. Family will be receiving friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Marion’s life will be celebrated in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Spring interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Donations to the Northern Cancer Research would be appreciated. The family would like to thank Dr. N.
