ANDERSEN, Arne (1936-2005)

It is with profound sadness that the family announces his passing at the West Nipissing General Hospital on Monday, August 29, 2005 at the age of 68 years. Arne was born in Denmark, but resided in Lavigne with his beloved wife Christa Andersen. He is the dear father of Roger of Ottawa and Gerald of Atikokan. His memory will always be cherished by his special grandson Kyle. He will also be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many brothers and sisters. Arne was a hard worker who loved nature and enjoyed tending his plants and garden. Pastor Gerald Andersen of Faith Lutheran Church in Atikokan will conduct a memorial service on Friday, September 2nd at 1 p.m. at the THEORET FUNERAL HOME in Sturgeon Falls. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Interment to follow at a later date in Ottawa.
