The family is sad to announce the passing of "Bernie" Allen on Sunday September 11, 2005 at Cassellholme in her 87th year. Predeceased by her first husband Bill Ringler and by her second husband Les Allen. Loving mother of Isabelle (Lloyd) Burnham of Winnipeg, George (Cheryl) Ringler of North Bay, Terry (Lynn) Ringler of North Bay, Jeff (Kate) Ringler of Sault Ste. Marie, Mac (Diane) Allen of Callander, Rob (Sue) Allen of North Bay and Ken (Jeannie) Allen also of North Bay. Sadly missed by 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the nursing staff of the third floor west at Cassellholme. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) on Tuesday from 11 to 1 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment at Terrace Lawn Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
