After a long battle with cancer on Tuesday January 23, 2007 at 46 years of age. Loving husband of Jamie and father of Shawn and Michael Addley, and Seann O’Brien. Grandfather of two. Sadly missed by his parents Phyllis and Leonard Addley, brother Charles Addley, sister-in-law Paula Addley and mother-in-law Rose Antram.
Cremation at the Forest Lawn Crematorium.
