EDMONTON — The Edmonton Oilers signed forward Brad Malone to a two-year contract Monday.
He split last season between the AHL's Hershey Bears and Chicago Wolves.
The 28-year-old Chatham, N.B., native had 28 points (11 goals, 17 assists) and 72 penalty minutes in 71 games.
Malone has 30 points and 188 PIM over 176 career NHL games with the Carolina Hurricanes and Colorado Avalanche.
