Shortly before 6 p.m. on Friday July 29th 2016, following an investigation into suspicious activity by occupants in a parked vehicle on Clarence Street, North Bay Police arrested and charged:
Stanley Edward Deveau, age 56, of North Bay with:
- One count of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking; and
- One count of possession of property obtained by crime.
Dana Louise Heintz, age 46, of North Bay with:
- One count of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking;
- One count of possession of property obtained by crime; and
- Two counts of breach of probation.
Following a search after their arrests, police seized as evidence:
- over $300 in Canadian currency;
- under 100 grams of marijuana; and
- drug paraphernalia.
Both accused were released from custody with court appearances scheduled for September 6th, 2016.
