On March 6, at 10:31 p.m. the North Bay OPP received a traffic complaint from a motorist travelling westbound on Highway 17 in East Ferris Township. OPP responded and the vehicle was located and stopped on HWY 94.
Nicholas Seguin 29, of East Ferris was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. He was also charged with driving a motor vehicle with over 80mgs.
Seguin is scheduled to appear at the North Bay Court of Justice on March 14, 2017.
