OPP got a traffic complaint of a car weaving all over the road on Highway 11 in North Bay yesterday afternoon.
Officers stopped the vehicle and began an investigation. They found the driver to be subject to a probation order under the Provincial Offences Act.
As a result of the investigation, Ashley Fagan, 30, of South River, was charged with a breach of the probation order, and driving while suspended.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and Fagan was released on a summons to attend the Provincial Offences Court in North Bay on November 23.
