dA motorist who squealed his tires drew the attention of a Parry Sound OPP officer, who then watched the man blow a stop sign.
It happened on August 4, shortly after 2:30 a.m. The vehicle was stopped and the officer spoke to the driver, determining he had consumed alcohol.
As a result of the investigation Jason Ladouceur, 44, from Parry Sound, was arrested and charged with:
- Drive motor vehicle - over 80 mgs. of blood alcohol,
- Drive motor vehicle while ability impaired - alcohol, and
- Drive motor vehicle - no licence.
Ladouceur was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on August 30.
