The NDA's inaugural aerobic gymnastics team from École secondaire publique Northern and Northern Secondary School placed 2nd at NOSSA in Sudbury on Monday April 3rd.
The team of six athletes formed in October and has been training diligently in preparation for their meet.
Under the direction of their coaches, the girls have learned a variety of dance, strength, acrobatic, aerobic skills and lifts throughout the year.
They competed beautifully against other veteran teams at NOSSA and are headed to OFSAA to perform their routine again next week.
