Between February 11 and February 12, Temiskaming Detachment OPP officers received three separate shoplifting calls on Highway 11 in Temiskaming Shores.
In the first instance, a woman entered the store and stole a number of items. She then tried to flee the store on foot but was stopped on the premises immediately after.
Amber Bigelow, 39, of Temiskaming Shores is charged with theft under $5,000 - shoplifting
Bigelow was released by way of an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 17, in Temiskaming Shores.
In the second instance, Denis Godin, 46, of Temiskaming Shores has been arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 - shoplifting.
Godin was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 17 in Temiskaming Shores.
In the third instance, Laura Heavens, 41. of Temiskaming Shores is charged with:
- Theft under $5,000 - shoplifting
- Fail to comply with a probation order
- Break, and enter a place
Heavens was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 17 in Temiskaming Shores.
