On July 5, Noelville OPP in conjunction with the OPP's Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and the Northeast Region Community Street Crime Unit conducted a Search warrant at a residence in St. Charles, west of Sturgeon Falls.
As a result of the Investigation:
Phyllis Gilpin, 33 years of age of St. Charles was charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking,
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the purpose of trafficking,
- Possession of a Schedule III Substance,
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000,
- Breach of Firearms Regulation,
Gilpin is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on August 9, to answer to her charges.
