Robots coming to the library

You’ll get to design your very own battle bot and take a turn in the ring

The Science North Bluecoats are coming to visit the North Bay Public Library and this time they are bringing something new and exciting – ROBOTS!

There will be a workshop on designing, building, and programming a robot using the ez-robot builder platform. You’ll learn basic coding language and have the chance to play with the newest technology in personal robotics. Plus, you’ll get to design your very own battle bot and take a turn in the ring!

Date: Monday, July 9

Three sessions 

  • 11 – 12 a.m.
  • 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
  • 2 – 3 p.m.

Ages: 7 – 12

Space is limited – Registration in advance required.  No charge.  Registration will begin on Thursday, June 28 at 9:30 a.m., either by phone at 705-474-4830, or in person at the Children’s desk.
