While on foot patrol shortly after 2 a.m. on Saturday October 8th, North Bay Police questioned a man who was in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle on Delaware Avenue.
Following an investigation, police arrested and charged the 34-year old North Bay man with one count of care or control of vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood.
The man was later released with a court date scheduled for October 25th, 2016.
