Toronto rocker Peter Elkas is in town Friday at Churchill’s to kick off the new mini concert series “Live at the Loft” and share songs from his new six-song EP Lion.
Elkas, 41, released the EP last week, seven years after his hit record Repeat Offender. The performer has toured with Joel Plaskett and shared stages with Neko Case and Bruce Springsteen, among others.
Opening for Elkas is local guitar virtuoso Daelin Henschel, 17.
