(MUNICIPALITY OF FRENCH RIVER, ON) – On December 10, 2014, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Noelville Detachment launched an investigation into a report of a sexual assault.
As a result, on December 11, 2014, Sebastien GOYER, 35, of Noelville, Ontario has been charged with Sexual Assault and Criminal Harassment. He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Sudbury, on January 28, 2015.
The investigation continues.
