NEIGHBOUR DISPUTE LEADS TO DRUG CHARGES

(NORTH BAY, ON) – On October 14, 2014, members of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a neighbour dispute on Palangio Road, Bonfield Township.  When officers were speaking with the complainant they detected an odour of marihuana. 

Ronald GIRARD, age 59 of Bonfield, was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana, under 30 grams, Contrary to Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and released on an Appearance Notice.
