NBPS Phone System Upgrades Complete

The North Bay Police Service would like to inform the public that the upgrades to the phone system at police headquarters is complete and all phone numbers are back to normal.

All NON-EMERGENCY calls for service to North Bay Police Dispatch to resume at: 705-472-1234

All administrative calls can be made to the front desk at 705-497-5555

The North Bay Police Service has a temporary alternate phone number while new technology is implemented in the building, and upgrades to the phone system are completed.

Until further notice, the following temporary alternate phone number should be used by the public for:

• All NON-EMERGENCY calls for service to North Bay Police Dispatch: 705-825-2873.
• All administrative calls can still be made to the front desk at 705-497-5555

911 EMERGENCY CALLS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED during this time

A follow-up media release will be issued once the upgrades are complete, and the phone lines are back to normal.
