On January 14, 2016, at 8:00 p.m., the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call that a 60 year old woman had left the Parry Sound hospital, on foot.

Yesterday at 8:00 p.m., the West Parry Sound OPP received a call that a 60 year old woman had left the Parry Sound hospital, on foot.
Investigation revealed that she had left her room at approximately 6:40 p.m. without her coat. When she did not return, the hospital staff searched the grounds with negative results and notified police.
Janice Tabobondung, 60 of Wasauksing FN was last seen wearing a dark grey track suit and possibly wearing slippers. She is described as 5’5”, approximately 100 lbs, medium build with long grey hair.
Police are concerned for her wellbeing and are asking anyone that may have seen her or may know her whereabouts to contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122.
