Police say on Sunday March 26th, shortly before 6:30 a.m., an argument between a man and his ex-partner in her home turned violent when he assaulted and threatened her.
On Sunday morning, following a 9-1-1 call reporting a domestic dispute, North Bay Police arrested and charged:
A 40-year old North Bay man with:
- One count of assault;
- One count of uttering threats; and
- Three counts of breach of probation.
The accused, who was arrested at the scene but not identified by police, was held in custody for a bail hearing.
