INVESTIGATION LEADS TO FRAUDS CHARGES
(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a local man with Uttering Forged Document and Fraud Over $5,000. The charges stem from the misappropriation of funds from an 83 year old victim. The incidents occurred in Kirkland Lake during the months of November and December 2014.
Charged is Jason BARKLEY age 44 of Kirkland Lake, Ontario. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on February 12, 2015.
