Police are investigating an assault that took place sometime between 1:30 and 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.
A confrontation took place between two men on McKeown Avenue when one assaulted the other.
The victim, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
North Bay Police arrested and charged:
Dylan Sheard, age 22, of North Bay with:
- one count of assault causing bodily harm.
Sheard was later released from custody with a court date scheduled for January 10th, 2017.
