On February 6th, shortly before 8:30 a.m., a man entered a business on Algonquin Avenue and forced his way into a locked office.
Following a search of the man police seized over $100 in Canadian currency and a key belonging to the business.
Yesterday, following a 9-1-1 call reporting a break and enter, North Bay Police arrested and charged:
Devon Hedley, age 21, of Madoc, Ontario with:
- One count of break and enter and commit theft;
- Two counts of breach of probation; and
- One count of breach of recognizance.
Hedley was held in custody for a bail hearing.
