Register your child at The North Bay Public Library Children’s Department for innovative and entertaining programs.  Activities include:

Tuesday, August 7 – GAMES DAY

All Day – In the Children’s Department

Ages 4 and up – Enjoy playing a variety of games and activities set out around the department. Free event

Tuesday, August 14 – Up, up and away!

2  – 3 p.m. – In the Children’s Storyroom

Ages 6 and up – Learn to make different paper planes and flying machines – and test them out!

Space is limited – Registration in advance required. No charge.

Tuesday, August 21 – Hoop Weaving

2 – 3 p.m. – In the Children’s Storyroom

Ages 8 and up – Learn to weave your own rug using a hoola hoop and recycled t-shirts.

Registration fee is $5 per person (includes craft supplies) Space is limited – Registration in advance required.

 Registration for August programs will begin on Monday, July 30 at 9:30 a.m. in person at the Children’s desk.
