Les Compagnons elects new president

Sébastien Goyer was elected as the new president.

Les Compagnons des Francs Loisirs says its recent Annual General Assembly (AGA)was a resounding success, thanks to the active participation of members and the smooth execution of all planned activities.

During this AGA, it expressed gratitude to the outgoing members who dedicated their time and expertise to support and develop the initiatives of Les Compagnons des Francs Loisirs.

"Michel Pagé, April Rosenberger, and Mathieu Perron played important roles within our organization, contributing their remarkable expertise and unwavering dedication," says a news release. "Their outstanding contributions have effectively promoted our values and strengthened our impact within the community.

Sébastien Goyer was elected as the new president.

Goyer has been "an active and committed member for several years, and his leadership will be instrumental in advancing our mission to facilitate access to cultural and recreational activities for all. We firmly believe that his energy, vision, and skills will be valuable assets in leading the association toward new successes," says the release.

Josée Goulard will assume the vice presidency, and Céline Héroux-Guilfoyle will take on the role of treasurer. Corey McDonald and Manuel l'Italien will return as members of the board of directors. Compagnons des Francs Loisirs will be looking to fill certain positions on its board of directors in the coming weeks.

"Moving forward, Les Compagnons des Francs Loisirs will continue to work with enthusiasm and determination to enrich the cultural and recreational life of our community.," adds the release. "We have plans to foster new collaborations, expand our range of activities, and strengthen our presence within the local community."
