Nominations are now open for the annual Leading Women/Leading Girls Building Communities Recognition award program.
It recognizes women and girls who are improving the lives of others through volunteer work.
Since its launch in 2006, nearly 1,000 women and girls from across Ontario have been recognized for their exceptional contributions to their communities.
Individuals, organizations, schools and community groups are encouraged to contact MPP Vic Fedeli’s office for information on how they can nominate women and girls in Nipissing for this award.
The nomination period closes January 20, 2018.
“Please consider nominating women and girls in Nipissing for this important award as they strive to contribute, succeed, and excel in so many ways in our communities,” said Fedeli.
