The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic School Board (NPSC) is ready to answer your burning questions about kindergarten in a series of information sessions held throughout the region.

Sessions run from Tuesday January 23 to Wednesday January 31 and will be held at the following schools:

  • Callander and surrounding area families: St. Theresa School - Tuesday, January 23 at 6:00 p.m.
  • North Bay area families: Mother St. Bride School - Wednesday, January 24 at 6:00 p.m.
  • Sturgeon Falls area families: Our Lady of Sorrows School - Thursday, January 25 at 6:00 p.m.
  • Mattawa area families: St. Victor School - Tuesday, January 30 at 5:30 p.m.
  • Powassan area families: St. Gregory School - Wednesday, January 31 at 5:30 p.m.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to register for the event closest to them by visiting the NPSC’s website.

The board offers both English and French Immersion kindergarten programs. If your child is turning four on or before December 31, 2024, they are eligible to enroll.

“By attending a session,” noted Christopher Piekarski, the Communications Officer for the NPSC in a recent release, “parents and guardians will be able to ask questions, meet our amazing staff and receive any support required to register and prepare their child for Kindergarten at NPSC.”

“We look forward to welcoming you.”
