Kid's Bike Rodeo at North Bay Museum

The North Bay Police Service is hosting a bike rodeo to educate children ages 4 to 14 about bicycle safety.

"The annual bike rodeo is a fun way for kids to learn about road and bicycle safety," says a news rlease. "Attendees will learn safety tips, take part in free giveaways, practice their skills on a bicycle obstacle course, and can enter free raffles for prizes."

The bike rodeo will be hosted outside the North Bay Museum at 100 Ferguson Street, rain or shine.The event takes place on Thursday, August 24, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Attendees should register in advance by e-mail and bring a bicycle and helmet with them to the event.

The North Bay Police Service’s bike rodeo is organized by NBPS’s Youth In Policing Initiative students.
