OPP are advising motorists, and the public of the Junction Creek Water Walk being conducted on Highway 17 from Sudbury to Spanish from June 17-19.
The Nibi-Nikwejiwong (Junction Creek Water Walk) is a135 kilometre Water Walk that started in Garson on June 16 and continued through the City of Greater Sudbury.
From June 17-19, pedestrians will be walking westbound on Highway 17 from Sudbury, making stops at the end of each day in Nairn Centre, Webbwood with the final stop in Spanish.
Police would like to remind motorists to slow down in both directions, when approaching pedestrians, for the safety of both the pedestrians and motorists.
