On June 13 Kirkland Lake OPP officers responded to a disturbance at a business on Government Road in Kirkland Lake.
Police arrived at the scene and found a man yelling at the complainant. The investigation revealed that the man was currently on two separate release orders.
As a result, Korry White, 37, of Huntsville is charged with four counts of "Failure to Comply With Undertaking."
White was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear before The Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on July 29.
