The Sudbury Detachment of The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) wishes to advise the public that Highway 69 was closed just before noon in both directions at the French River Bridge due to downed hydro lines. Officers are on scene and are awaiting the arrival of Ontario Hydro.
Officers from both the Sudbury Detachment and the Parry Sound Detachment of the OPP are working on rerouting traffic. Once those details are available they will be passed on to the media.
