Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for:
- New Liskeard - Temagami
- Kirkland Lake
- Témiscaming area
Extreme heat is expected for Wednesday through Saturday.
A hot air mass is bringing temperatures near or above 30 with overnight lows near 18 degrees Celsius for the next four days.
A cooler airmass will move in late Saturday evening.
North Bay will be sunny. with a high of 28 and a humidex of 31. UV index 9 or very high. No warning has yet been issued for this area.
Check on older family, friends and neighbours. Make sure they are cool and drinking water
