The North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) has been designated as a provider of French-language services under the French Language Services Act.
The Health Centre received partial designation status. While the Health Centre already offers a number of health services in French, the partial designation will legally require the organization to do so going forward.
This designation signals the Health Centre’s continued commitment to ensure quality care for Northeastern Ontario patients and clients.
In conjunction with community partners, the NBRHC will be recognizing their receipt of this designation Friday through speeches and a flag raising of the Franco-Ontarian flag at the organization’s flag pole.
