The Pat Haufe Food Summit is back on Saturday April 8th.
Highlander Brew Company, from South River, will be providing samples of their 12 craft beer varieties. Orchard's Fine Food Market will be offering cheese samples as well as a talk on cheese pairings. And Bella Hill Syrup will be offering maple syrup tastings.
Laura and Rene Dubois, head chefs from White Owl Bistro, are serving lunch.
The event is named after the former mayor of Nipissing Township who died of ALS last year and was a well-respected beef farmer.
