The Alzheimer Society is hosting a public Lunch & Learn event on Thursday, January 15th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Elks Lodge. The event is free of charge and open to the public, and will include lunch and refreshments; information on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia; warning signs and risk reduction; strategies for dealing with behaviours; information on available support services for families; and two caregiver testimonials.
