New release: Discovery North Bay Museum will be hosting their fourth annual winter reception fundraiser tonight, Thursday, February 25 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the historic Canadian Pacific Station.
“The Winter Reception is a drop-in style wine and cheese event and will take place at the Discovery North Bay Museum at 100 Ferguson Street, in the Canadian Pacific Gallery,” said Sarah Aubertin, Director of Advancement.
“Live entertainment for the evening will be provided by local musicians Twilight. Fundraising events like this are essential to continue operating our community museum. We are pleased to have RBC, Dr. Rod Johnston Dynamic Dentistry and Cecil’s Eatery sponsor the event. We hope members of the community will buy a ticket and support us,” added Aubertin.
Tickets for the museum winter reception are $100 each and still available. Ticket purchases are eligible for a full charitable tax receipt. Tickets can be purchased at the museum gift shop or by calling 705-476-2323.
