The 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the North Bay Food Bank is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 31st at the North Bay Public Library at 7pm in the auditorium.
MEMBERSHIP
As per the By-Laws of the North Bay Food Bank, membership is required annually. Membership forms must be received by the food bank by Wednesday, May 25th in order to be in compliance with the requirements of our By-Laws. Please include an email address, as we will endeavor to communicate with our members electronically in an effort to produce less paper. You can email completed forms, or deliver them in person to the food bank at 1016 Fisher Street during business hours, up until 7pm on Wednesday May 25th.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The deadline for nomination forms is Tuesday, May 24th at 4pm. Again, you can email completed forms, or deliver them in person to the food bank at 1016 Fisher Street until 4pm on May 24th.
Individuals seeking to become a member of the Board of Directors will be committing to a 2-year term; in accordance with our By-Laws.
