On January 31, at approximately 7:50 p.m., Powassan OPP officers responded to a call of a domestic dispute in the Township of Nipissing.
As a result, a 55 year old man from Nipissing Township has been charged with the following offences:
- Careless Storage of a Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition and
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
The accused has been released on a Promise to Appear to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on March 6, 2018.
