The first art exhibit of 2017 at the Alex Dufresne Gallery in Callander is about to open next month.

The reception for Eric Euler’s “Reveries” will run from 2 – 4 p.m. on Saturday March 4th, and the exhibit will remain on display until April 22nd.

"Eric’s work has been featured all over North America as well as in Cairo (Egypt), Shenzhen (China) and Riom (France). He has shared his knowledge and experience with college and university art programs and has led multiple artist talks and workshops. He is thrilled (as are we) to be hosting his first solo show in Northern Ontario with us here in Callander, as he was born and raised in North Bay," says a museum news release.

“Reveries” features a series of 25 monotype prints. From his statement: “If one word had to represent this exhibition it would be transformation. The works in Reveries embody the tensions, drama, and absolution of a hero facing its nemesis.”
