A Toronto woman faces impaired driving charges after police were called to the scene of a car in the ditch Sunday afternoon in McMurrich/Monteith Twp, west of Emsdale.
Once at the scene, police discovered the driver had been drinking and subsequently made an arrest.
Tara Brown, 38, of Toronto is charged with.
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Driving while under suspension
Brown was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday July 30, in Sundridge.
