On October 8, 2016 at 7:53 p.m., members of the West Parry Sound Ontario OPP, Seguin Fire Department and Muskoka Emergency Medical Services responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 612 in the Township of Seguin.
OPP investigation revealed that a male was operating an all-terrain vehicle on Highway 612 when he crossed a set of railway tracks and entered a nearby ditch. He sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to local hospital.
As a result of the investigation, Dakota LAINE, 23 years of age from Bradford was charged with;
- Novice Driver – B.A.C. above zero
- Careless Driving,
- Fail To Apply for Permit On Becoming an Owner,
- Off Road Vehicle – Not Properly insured,
- Driver Fail To Surrender Licence,
