If so, Canadian singer/songwriter/performer and Juno Award Nominee, Mary Lambert, a Muskoka native, is creating a new CD entitled “Just Dance!” and she's looking for help.
If you are a child or know a child, who would be interested in coming to the recording studio to sing with Mary, or to have sound bites used in her recording, you could be on your way.
She is looking for:
1. Children between the ages of 6-12. Record the child singing an acapella version of “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star”. (looking for 15 - 20 children to form a chorus and also record solo bit parts at the studio)
2. Children all ages. Record the child’s favourite pirate sound or pirate saying. (everyone submitting a sound file are asked to send the best possible quality, so that it has a better chance of being selected)
Ontario residents chosen to record at the studio with Mary for #1 above, must be available to travel to Summit Sound Inc. in Westport, ON, on Saturday, September 24.
DEADLINE for on-line email submissions - Monday, September 12.

You will receive a confirmation email indicating your submission has been received. Those selected to be used in the recording will be contacted directly.
Please include your contact name, address, telephone # and your child’s name and age with each submission.
Subject line should read “On-line Audition - Ontario”
All children chosen will get three complimentary CD's when it's released next spring, credit on the cover and mention on the website.
