Dinosaur Day was well attended at the Powassan Library recently.
Both basement rooms were filled with young dinosaur enthusiasts.
The highlight was the opening lecture, given by six-year-old, Cole Anderson. Cole was ably assisted by his younger sister, Payton, and even younger brother, Mitchell. Mom, Jessica, provided a bit of coaching from the sidelines.
It was a day filled with dinosaur activities- digging for bones, playing in the dirt with dinosaurs, dinosaur scavenger hunt, uncovering dinosaur eggs, etc.
Who says learning can't be fun, especially with a six-year-old at the helm!
