Yesterday the Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord (CSCFN) held its annual organizational meeting, during which the school trustees proceeded with the annual election of their president and vice-president.

With nearly 37 years of experience as a school counselor, Ronald Demers was acclaimed president. Advisor for 14 years, Nicole Fournier, was acclaimed vice-president.

“I am honoured and humbly grateful for the renewed confidence granted by the political table," said Demers in a news release.

“It is with pride and commitment that I continue to serve the families and students of Franco-Nord and that I assume my duties and my learning in a spirit of collaboration," added Fournier.

The theme of the meeting was “God is counting on us.”

"All the members present asked God to watch over them so that the new session is filled with knowledge, discoveries, and projects and that all, through their talents, their qualities and their differences, can contribute positively to the anticipated achievements throughout. of the next year together," said the release.
