On Monday, at approximately 2 p.m., North Bay Police told the North Bay OPP to be on the lookout for a possible impaired driver. They provided and a description of the vehicle and the driver.
A short time later, the vehicle was found and stopped on Highway 11, inside the city of North Bay.
Upon further investigation, the driver, Conrad Dubois, age 24, of Huntsville, was arrested and charged with:
- impaired operation of a motor vehicle and
- driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood.
Dubois was released from police custody and is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay, on November 3.
