The City of North Bay is advising the public that the third phase of the grounds reconstruction project at City Hall will begin Thursday, July 21, 2016.
The project includes the removal and replacement of the stairs leading from Leger Square to City Hall; the replacement of the stairs under the Council Chambers pod with planters; and the replacement of the brick walkway from Municipal Lot #8 to the main entrance of City Hall.
City Hall will remain open during construction. Residents and visitors will still be able to enter City Hall through the main entrance utilizing the existing walkways. The City does ask that residents obey any construction safety barriers.
Construction is anticipated to be complete by mid-September 2016.
