The Kiwanis Club of Nipissing is now accepting nominations for this year’s Citizen of the Year.
"If you know of someone who has done a great job for our community in the past year or over a number of years please let us know," says Chris Mayne.
"Recent Citizen of the Year honorees have been Tom Hedican, Sharon Fung and David Washington, John Richardson, Katharine and John Strang, Hariett Madigan, Ted Thomson, and Al McDonald.
This will be the 33rd year for the Citizen of the Year Dinner.

"The Citizen of Year dinner has been set for Thursday, May 24 at the Ramada Inn, tickets are $75 per person and are available from any Kiwanis member," adds Mayne.”
