The City is at a current construction value total of $64,971,341 for 2015 says a news release from the city.
It estimated 55 million in construction for the year.
Single family dwellings builds are currently holding at 29. Total YTD building values are $64.97 million versus $41 million at this time last year.
“Our building permits have remained strong and we saw the upward trend in construction permits hold steady all year,” stated Mayor Al McDonald. “Despite a weak global economy, North Bay has seen an increase over last year.”

- Miscellaneous $681,695.
